Ride Booking

• You can easily book a ride through the Gocruvia mobile app or our official website (gocruvia.com).

• Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive ride details including driver information, vehicle details, and estimated arrival time.

• Please ensure all booking details (pickup, drop-off, date, and time) are accurate before confirming your ride.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel a ride at any time through the Gocruvia app or website.

• Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel a ride after a specified time window or once the driver has already been assigned and is en route to your location.

• The applicable cancellation fee will be displayed in the app at the time of cancellation.

Right to Refuse or Cancel a Ride

Gocruvia reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any ride request at its discretion.

• Cancel rides due to safety concerns, unavailability of drivers, incorrect user information, or violation of our terms of service.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly through the app or via SMS/Email.
