1. Introduction
These Driver Terms and Guidelines define the standards, responsibilities, and expectations for all drivers partnering with Gocruvia. By registering and operating as a driver on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to follow these guidelines at all times.
2. Eligibility Requirements

Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license applicable to the region they operate in.

A clean driving record is mandatory. Background verification may be carried out periodically.

Vehicles must comply with our operational, comfort, and safety standards before being approved for service.
3. Ride Acceptance and Driver Conduct

Drivers are expected to accept ride requests promptly and ensure timely arrival for pickups.

Professional and polite behavior is compulsory—drivers must treat all passengers with respect.

The use of alcohol, drugs, or any restricted substances while driving is strictly prohibited.
4. Vehicle Maintenance and Safety

5. Earnings and Payments
