Gocruvia is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
3. Cancellations

You may cancel a ride anytime before or after driver assignment.

Cancellation charges may apply if the driver is already en route or has arrived at the pickup location.

Cancellation fee details will be displayed within the app at the time of cancellation.
Gocruvia reserves the right to cancel bookings due to driver unavailability, safety concerns, or incorrect user information.
4. Payments

All payments must be made through approved payment methods listed in the app.

You agree to pay the full fare, including taxes, tolls, parking charges, or cancellation fees.

Unpaid balances may result in account suspension or legal action.
Gocruvia uses secure third-party payment gateways and does not store your full card details.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:

Maintain respectful behavior with drivers.

Avoid unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.

Ensure safe pickup and drop-off environments.
Damage caused intentionally or due to negligence may result in additional charges.

Use false identities or fraudulent payment methods.
Violation of these terms may lead to account termination.
7. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers partnered with Gocruvia must:

Ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained vehicles.

Follow safety guidelines and traffic rules.

Treat passengers respectfully.
Gocruvia monitors driver performance and may take action for misconduct.
8. Liability
Gocruvia is not liable for:

Personal loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by external factors.

Items lost inside vehicles.

Actions or misconduct of drivers not employed directly by Gocruvia (if operating through partners).
In case of disputes, Gocruvia will assist but does not guarantee compensation.

Gocruvia may suspend or delete accounts for:
